Episode Description:
In this episode we get clarity around attitude and the elements of attitude then we take a deep dive into our mental faculties.
If you asked one-hundred people to define attitude you would probably get one-hundred different definitions. Today I break down what the attitude is composed of and then I take a look at how these contributing elements are really fundamental causative agents. As causative agents these elements yield an effect which we call culture in the workplace and character in the individual.
It’s about time we get to the underlying nature of why things are the way they are, personally and professionally. It’s time to look at corporate culture through the lens of cause and effect. It’s time to instigate change by working from the vision not by trying to fix what seems wrong. It’s time to get in the spirit of life, living, working and contributing by mindfully practicing spiritual integration.
How about your six mental faculties? Can you name them? Don’t feel bad if you can’t. If you asked one-hundred people on the street to name their mental faculties you would most likely get one hundred quizzical looks that would seem to say, ‘what are you talking about?’
When it comes to our own personal and professional development, it’s important to know what these faculties are and more importantly, we need to know that we can absolutely develop each and every one of them.
Knowing and developing these qualities will have an influence and impact on every area of your personal and professional development. Doing some training and study focused on these faculties will improve your corporate culture while rejuvenating and energizing team members.
Take notes in your journal as you study this episode. You will learn what these mental faculties are and how developing them helps us to vibrantly live from the inside out rather than from the outside in.
Listen in to this episode now. We’ll start with the basics. That’s where it all begins!
