Finley is a Partner in New York focused on sourcing and closing private equity fund and co-investments in North America. He is a registered officer of Quilvest Securities (US Broker Dealer). Prior to joining Quilvest, Finley was a Vice President at GE Equity, the $2.5 billion private equity arm of GE Capital. Finley was responsible for all aspects of the investment process including the sourcing and execution of new investments. Finley also managed a $500 million direct and co-investment portfolio. Additionally, Finley was a member of Energy Technology Ventures, a joint-venture between GE, NRG Energy and ConocoPhillips focused on investing in next generation technologies within the energy space.
Before re-joining GE, Finley was a Senior Associate at Loughlin Management Partners, a middle-market restructuring advisor. Within his role, Finley managed and contributed to the execution of corporate restructurings in a variety of industries including TMT, Industrials and Consumer Products. Finley has also held various corporate finance advisory roles at GE Capital, KPMG and Deutsche Bank.
Finley received an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a BBA from Pace University. He is a CPA licensed in the State of New York and is a CFA charterholder.

Chris Lawrence

Chris is based in Greenwich, CT, and has 27 years of financial services and private equity-related work experience, including as a direct investor, intermediary, and in various executive roles at underlying portfolio companies. Most recently, Mr. Lawrence was Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Secondaries, Investment Committee Member, and Executive Committee Member at HQ Capital Private Equity.
Prior, Mr. Lawrence was an operating principal for a portfolio of angel-backed companies in the healthcare, software/services, and manufacturing sectors. In addition, Mr. Lawrence served as a senior operating executive for a Warburg Pincus portfolio company and was a deal leader for a venture capital affiliate of GSC Partners. Mr. Lawrence began his financial services career at Arthur Andersen as a Manager in Corporate Finance Services. Mr. Lawrence earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
Labyrinth Capital Partners (“LCP”) was founded in December 2019 in 2 Lafayette Court, Greenwich, CT 06830. The firm is led by seasoned private markets investors with a primary focus to deploy capital on behalf of our Limited Partners through opportunistic private equity transactions. LCP will target a broad set of asset types including direct purchases of securities in one company or a portfolio of companies, private equity fund recapitalizations and restructurings, and other privately negotiated opportunistic transactions that fit within our broader investment strategy.
